CLAIMS CONSULTANTS

We are looking for a claims consultant with experience in legal claims and financial claims, although those with experience in mortgage and loan processing are also encouraged to apply. As a claims consultant, you’ll be joining our thriving PPI claims management team in Bury, and be the primary point of contact for clients once their claims are being processed. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the claims process is effectively managed right through to a successful outcome, as well as proactively managing a portfolio of active claims and liaising with all relevant parties to ensure that things move quickly and everything is kept up-to-date.

PAYMENT ADMINISTRATOR

We are also seeking an experienced payment administrator. Experience in financial services � loans, debt management or claims - is desirable but not essential. However, you must be able to build trust and rapport with customers in order to collect payment of our fees upon the successful outcome of their claim. The successful applicant will be confident in contacting and dealing with clients and banks.
